Your next move.
A little simpler.
A practical checklist for finding a house that fits your life.
Make room in your budget.
Put your own estimates side by side. Include only costs you would pay separately, so nothing gets counted twice.
For a house, clarify utility billing and which outdoor maintenance costs you would cover. This is a planning total, not a quote or affordability assessment. One-time moving costs are not included. Values stay on this page and reset when you leave.
Start with your everyday
Think about where you spend your time, the space you use and the journey you make most often. A useful shortlist begins with a few priorities, not a hundred filters.
Look at the whole monthly picture
Compare the advertised rent alongside parking, utilities, internet and other costs. Ask which costs are included and which you would arrange separately.
Read beyond the photos
Confirm whether the rental is the whole house or a separate unit. Ask about entrances, shared spaces, laundry, parking and responsibility for outdoor upkeep.
Prepare your questions
Before a viewing, write down what you need to confirm: availability, inclusions, condition, accessibility needs and lease terms. Avoid sending sensitive documents before verifying who you are dealing with.
View, compare, then decide
Take notes on the spaces you visit. Compare them against the same priorities so you can make a deliberate choice. A saved shortlist helps keep the details together.
Questions worth asking.
Are the listings on this site available?
Listings come from the live PropTx / AMPRE feed. Availability can change; confirm it with the listing representative.
Can I book a viewing here?
Use the inquiry form to request information or a viewing. Your request goes to Jashan Toor; a time is only booked once confirmed. This is not a rental application.
How does the shortlist work?
Saved listings are stored securely and linked to this browser using an anonymous cookie. Clearing the cookie or using a different browser starts a new shortlist.
